Electro galvanized steel sheet is a metal product in which the surface of steel sheet is covered with a layer of zinc by electrolysis. The product not only inherits the strength and toughness of steel plate, but also possesses excellent anti-corrosion properties due to the presence of zinc layer. Electro zinc plating is a method of depositing a layer of metallic zinc on the surface of steel plates by means of electrolysis. This process mainly includes three steps: pre-treatment, zinc plating and post-treatment. The pretreatment stage is mainly to clean, degrease and descale the steel plate to ensure that the surface of the steel plate is clean and smooth; zinc plating stage is to use the steel plate as the cathode and put it into the electrolytic solution containing zinc ions, so that the zinc ions can be restored to the surface of the steel plate through electrolysis and deposition; the post-treatment stage is to passivate the zinc plating layer, seal it and other treatments, so as to improve its corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
The product has the following characteristics. Firstly, excellent corrosion resistance: the zinc layer on its surface can effectively prevent the chemical reaction between the steel plate and oxygen and water in the air,
