How did I choose a mobile phone to buy! All time I preferred the display type of mobile phone. My favorite is Super AMOLED display. So I was a fan of Samsung mobile. But now I have found some stupid thing in samsung. I created a samsung account and once I decided to handover my phone to another person I removed the samsung account from web. But when the phone required to login samsung account I have created account again with the same email ID. But samsung cannot process the account login. What ever I did but the mobile should know my email as account ID and it check the password over internet. As I can login my account through samsung website so it should able to get me as the mobile owner. But samsung failed. This is very funny. How stupid Samsung is! BTW this lock can be unlocked and I need to pay some money. But I cant trust samsung any more.
Today I got a cash refund from Samsung for a Galaxy Note 4. It was almost 1 year and 10 month used out of 2 years warranty. Unfortunately at the end of warranty period the set was getting hot automatically and battery was draining very fast. After fighting with customer care the finally refund 100% cash money that was 65,000 Taka. I think Samsung did this because they are loosing their goodwill at market. At the same time any Bangladeshi local phone (Re Branding) company like Walton or Symphony will never do like this. They only blame the customer. BTW Thank u Samsung for refunding full money after 1 year and 10 months
