Today I got a cash refund from Samsung for a Galaxy Note 4. It was almost 1 year and 10 month used out of 2 years warranty. Unfortunately at the end of warranty period the set was getting hot automatically and battery was draining very fast. After fighting with customer care the finally refund 100% cash money that was 65,000 Taka. I think Samsung did this because they are loosing their goodwill at market. At the same time any Bangladeshi local phone (Re Branding) company like Walton or Symphony will never do like this. They only blame the customer. BTW Thank u Samsung for refunding full money after 1 year and 10 months
