Iron arrows are dropped quite often, so it's basically free training. About forty or more, you can train in Hill Giants until 50. After 50, return for the flesh-crawlers that are in that south-east corner of the room. They are located in the square by the closest door to the wall. This is applicable to both doors. (You are able to easily obtain 75 Str/Range from flesh crawlers.)

If you're looking for food visit world 1 where fishermen power fish and offer free salmon or trout. Magic: Learn to use the mage dumbies until they stop you from doing it. Then you will have the level of magic required to cast some curses. Use these curse spells to the Zamorak monk inside Varrock Castle. Varrock Castle, just in front of the stairs.

When you reach the threshold ( I think it's 25, I believe it is) Cast Curse to the Zamorak monk. When you have reached the magic level you are able to also superheat (really quick xp and you can break even if you create bar of steel) and high-alch. Keep praying, and maintain your target at 40 (45 when you reach the gravity 2h).

Glaciers drop three costly sets of boots. I think they're 8M, 15M and 22M. They are dropped in the average (from the information I've received I'm not sure in case I'm wrong) at least once every 500-1000 kills. Glacors aren't the fastest items to kill (albeit they aren't the most slow in the least).

Let's say that Glacors fall around. 15 million every 500 kills. I'm saying 500 because there are also other drops (notably shreds) which is why this allows to account for these drops.
