Proxy Search is a tcp-based software package designed for file-sharing and chatting where a user is connected to the file/chat by means of a proxy server.
It's most commonly referred to as an IP-to-IP proxy.
Proxy Search runs on most major platforms. A similar package, PIA, is available for Windows.
